Whether you have been a client with us before or this is our first time meeting you, we offer evidence-based holistic gynecological care. These services can be administered in any part of life whether you are pregnant, postpartum, menopausal, or just seeking standard routine care.

Lactation Services

Compassionate, evidence-based lactation support for growing families. With IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) level support, we bring the highest clinical standard in breastfeeding and lactation care. Office visits are available, with home visits offered throughout Shasta and Tehama Counties.

Services Include:

  • Breastfeeding education and support

  • Comprehensive lactation consultations

  • Weighted feeds to assess milk transfer

  • Evaluation and troubleshooting of breastfeeding challenges

  • Personalized feeding plans and schedules

  • Support for milk supply concerns
